Most of the remaining work on 99 in the Valley has been getting SB 1 funding.
Getting the last six lane segments funded is getting to be more of a challenge though with the state doing their great pivot through CAPTI.
Definitely quite a big shift with the advocates having done a coup at CT HQ and CalSTA to become the ones calling the shots on how they want the state to invest its limited discretionary funding sources, or even what kind of projects they want to work on PIDs for or write letters of support for to the feds.
