Mostly federal funds from Bill Thomas and now McCarthy. Not sure if Citu of Bakersfield had their own sales tabor if this all just developer fees, but the TIP listing shows about 1/4 of the $403M project coming from City funds.

More recently theyr got a $50M fed INFRA grant and $25M from SB 1 for the current construction.

In June CTC also just awarded them $9.3M from SB 1 TCEP funds for PS&E, right of way, and construction support for the SB SR 99 to westbound SR 58 connector.
