Yes, a biased source. It’s easy to get pursuaded by that kind of writing: ‘we reviewed 100s of legal cases,’ ‘talked to 100s of people.’ It’s really an editorial disguised as an article.
Aside: The “railroad historians” on Facebook who blame executives for everything write the same kind of rubbish.
There are lot's of opinions out there, with various bias's, like this comment, too...
And, of course any criticism must be biased against someone, if it is critical of them, right?
Because management is always looking out for the welfare of the employee's, right?
Kind of like how management was so concerned about that crew they murdered in that runaway in Canada a few years back, right?
And the opinions some of these are always a more accurate source of the real information on this sort of thing, right?
