SMART Continues to Give Revenues to Private Freight Co.

See today's front page IJ story on SMART and Freight.

Apparently, no one on the Board realizes that the tanker cars
are parked "somewhere." And that somewhere is -- according to
a comment in this forum a bit ago -- is in Napa, where
instead of the $500K-$700K in revenues is earned by
a public agency, a private entity (NorCal?) is earning
something significant to have tanker cars parked on their row.

How cool is that?

Just wait until the voters get wind of this.
