It can't be an eastbound

Sorry, Holly, it's a westbound. It cannot be an eastbound because there is no lake beyond the bridge, and we're clearly out in a lake looking at the westbound California Zephyr in the morning. The lake ends almost under the North Fork Bridge, and beyond that it narrows into, amazingly, the Feather River Canyon!
