Steamtown is a Diamond in the Rough. It's located within a day's drive of 35% of the American Population; however it has been starved to death on funding. Also quite a lot of the equipment is sitting outdoors in the weather. Don't know the current status of the summertime runs out to Tobyhanna / East Stroudsburg, as Shortline Delaware - Lackawanna uses the same tracks daily. Any administrator will first have to secure decent funding just to keep the weather & metal thieves at bay.
