Another waste of time propaganda from the Church of Woke. Cars bad, transit good. Single-family homes bad, multifamily good.

Median income vs median housing costs and median (overstated) 'cost' to own 1.6 automobiles. Did he compared price per square foot for housing? Bet not. Did he separate out the value of a fenced yard for children to play in, keep pets, have your own pool, some privacy before comparison, or just keep it lumped in as an added expense when comparing single family home costs to an apartment? I can guess.
