CSX & NS did a total Xmas shutdown. Farmer & Vena kept whipping the slaves instead

CSX & NS did a 95% shutdown. Both yard and road. Most UP and BNSF yard crews got off by union agreement. But too many unneeded road trains were forced to roll. Last nite & today. Zero good reason to run empty auto trains today. Junk freights, empty grain, rock, I trains of empty containers also kept rolling. Ethical scum.
