LMAO.... It only took about twenty dedicated Nimby's spreading outrageous lies in San Clemente to stop the very reasonable and fairly unobtrusive Serra DT project "dead in it's tracks". A "floating bridge" could be a possible technical solution, but it won't likely ever be in San Clemente, or in Del Mar, at least not until after the Sun finally burns out, and the wealthy Nimby's have gone extinct....
