It's always "too bad" when old iron gets scrapped but having been aboard the unit, it was in ROUGH shape and moving it anywhere (other than in little pieces) was going to be a real bear. People point to the PA restorations and say "but, but, but!" BUT the reality is, unless you've got a) a plan, b) lots of money, c) a space to store it, all ready to go RIGHT NOW, it just ain't gonna happen. Plus, there were NO PA's around prior to the 2 being brought back from Mexico... there ARE a few FA's around already.
