It's the frame of a PA engine. It looks like an engine to anyone viewing it. That has value. Not for airhead dreams of restoring it to operating condition. But good for a display piece. Should have been painted and permanently set in place at a museum or park. Only had to be in good enuf shape to survive a one time move. Disappointing the owner didn't do more to save it. If he didn't have the $ did he alert the historical and rail communities it was available? Once alerted the switch was cut he shud have known time would run out. So what is the whole story?
