Look, it's in the same place where it's been for the last who knows how many weeks. It will move, when all of the involved parties says it is time to move. That will not be public information, so when the foamers start posting reports about seeing it at so and so, then you will have your answer. Further, this is not exactly a "hot" move so it will move when it is convenient, rather than at a specific time. If (insert Class One railroad) wants to stuff it in a siding for a few weeks, so be it.

Asking the question repeatedly will not result in a better answer.
