I am not quite sure why all the interest in an OLD locomotive. Their must be lots of them around.
One of the answers is the UP must accept the machine for interchange. THEN SOMEBODY HAS TO PAY THE BILL.
Then in any account the routing would be PNWR-UP-NWP(or whatever they are called these days)
