Looks there's almost grain traffic up to Hillyard overby the old Magnesium Plant. Every at work I see at least two to four grain cars heading up north to Hillyard in Spokane and I see two truck loads heading south from Hillyard. My question wouild be why would they ship grain in by train and then truck the grain back out the same way??? or vice versa.
not sure if the cars are empty heading north or return south full.
