They are probably going to the grain elevator at Mead? Anyway a bit of historical info - that section of track from the Old Magnesium plant to the old GN connection at Mead is the orginal roadbed of D.C. Corbin's Spokane Falls & Northern Ry [bought by GN circa 1898] - the only visable part of the SF&N south of Dragoon [near Dean/Colbert].
