Grain may be unloaded there for customers in the Spokane area that don't have direct rail service. Not certain who owns that elevator, but it's the only one left that can unload/load grain as a reload facility. The old Coast Trading Co elevator at Napa St. unloads fly ash for cement use only, no more grain loading/unloading. Need more details.
