844 Up FRC - Be Careful

Looks like there will be a 30% chance of rain on Saturday for the 844 chase up The Canyon. Maybe Mike Pechner can fine tune the forecast as it gets closer.
A word of warning - A sheriff friend of mine says that the CHP has adopted a "NO TOLERANCE" policy for speed law violations. Remember that from just east of Oroville, all the way to Portola, the max speed is 55 mph. No 65 mph until east of Portola.
