On Friday the 17th at Yuba Gap (Sue me!!!!), with 844 slowly approaching,UP crews were on the radio warning Amtrak and all others to keep speed down to 10 mph due to the amount of people in close proximity to the ROW. As this was happening A fellow ham said on the radio "They are slowing everyone down because there is too much foam on the rails" . Could there also be too much foam on the road as well? I stayed home and worked !
