I don't agree. The vast majority of people want a clean, crime free community. There will always be a small minority that might object to a lager police presence or the chemicals used in weed spray.Most people don't know and don't care.You can't stop taking care of your property because someone might object.You win by doing the right thing and placating those that object.This post was about removing graffiti in high visibility areas. Those who complain would also demand that the railroad stop running trains altogether . Too loud, too long ,blocking crossings and disrupting their quality of life. If Union Pacific gets chewed for maintaining their property remember "We can handle it"
