If your going to quote me, do two things, 1st quote the whole phrase. 2nd based on the whole phrase, articulate, why what I said is a) myth, or b) false.

Now the whole phrase, "Too bad you don't understand, that in order to have money for cleanup, it a) must run, and/or b) needs money from the government to do so."

Now, by running it generates revenue, that revenue can then be applied, to cleanup, or other expenses. On the other hand, if it doesn't run, that money will have to come from the government. Yet you think that is a myth? Do you know some other way?
