From your link, I see the 6% for China. Wow, India!

MMst (MMst=million short tons)

India—24.8 MMst—25%
Japan—9.9 MMst—10%
The Netherlands—9.8 MMst—10%
Brazil—7.5 MMst—8%
China—6.4 MMst—6%
South Korea—5.9 MMst—6%

As for price spikes, I Googled for info, and an article on China popped up:
