Nice explanation, but the reality is we transferred in 6 conductors to handle the the shift in traffic, and they were hardly needed. It took us about 48 hours to get things completely switched over and already had the coal where it needed to be before the first ship arrived. The longest part of the process was the revised sailings for ships that were already up in Baltimore.
