As I was jaywalking by, I asked him if he ever gets hassled over parking-he said they take pity on his plight and ignore his parking. Ha!
The driver parked in the "suicide lane" to deliver Coke to 7/11 told me he is union (also told me Pepsi drivers are union).
This was two years ago, so who knows now?
