Such a fatalist's attitude.
A country with 4 X the population and a fraction of the GDP and you want them to lead
the world? Real smart one you are.
Regardless of your "they can't do it so why should I" attitude (like was the case
with China until they started kicking our buts with EV and other enviro-tech)
India has turned the corner and made significant gains in air pollution control.
