Based on the style, and the interesting slip up about Arrow, this might just be the troll catfishing FUD.
A whole lot more H2 bus demonstrations are becoming actual orders from a whole lot of bus operators who have found that current battery powered buses, still lack the capacity, range, and fast fueling needs of most bus transit systems, and require many more spares, and cost more to operate.
Of course, FUD would actually know that nothing has "failed" or been cancelled so far on the Arrow.
We have successfully been demonstrating H2 fuel cell transit vehicles since the mid 1990's. And, we have had 30 years of operating experience with battery electric buses. The deficiencies in battery electric transit bus capacity, range, and costs still persist. So, commercialization of "off the shelf" H2 heavy duty vehicles seems to be proceeding.

And, since this is a train chat board, try this:

This supposed post by "FUD" sure sounds pretty "fishy". And, of course, as you note, it seems like a completely "fishy" source.
