The article reads like some associate of Clem's (electrification must use only wires and/or batteries!) wrote it. Most of the "failures" described are due to some issue other than actual operation of the trains. Anyway, oh well...cleantechnica is worth reading once in a while if you need a laugh or a groan, but not particularly useful as an actionable information source.
