Wasted many billions on three solar plants (two at Daggett and Ivanpah)
They should have kept the coal fired plants at Laughlin, Page and at Stateline
Upgraded them with the latest pollution systems let them generate 24/7
Have UP and BNSF bring them coal and Page via the Black Mesa & Lake Powell
