Why are poorly-trained, drug abusing Ethiopian immigrants driving trucks in the U.S.A.? I mean BESIDES the fact that they're willing to be exploited for measley wages?

And if the railroads would step up to the plate and offer better service, we could get a lot of this truck traffic off the roads.
