I've suspected for a long time that some of the NWP, SMART, and NCRA threads were a "scam" orchestrated by one person using many usernames. I confirmed this today by pulling IP addresses.

Most of the opposition to SMART is the work of one person. He's posted under 12 usernames in the last three months alone - often times in the SAME thread - so it appears that other people agree with him. So why am I telling you this? I think anyone with a genuine interest in the NWP deserves to know the truth.

I'm going to give him one chance to clean up his act. From now on, if I catch him using multiple usernames to stir up trouble about SMART/NWP/NCRA I am going to ban his IP address and post all of his usernames for everyone to see.
