Pasco Yard Questions

Planning to go to Pasco on an upcoming daytrip, and will have some trackside time to spend there. Any changes there in the last couple of years? It's been about 7 years since I've last visited the Tri-Cities, and wondering of new developments around the tracks.

I would assume that certain places are now fenced-in and probably a little more closed-off on the South end of the yard and bridge over the Columbia River. Am I correct? Any new vantage points to catch trains?

Thanks in advance.
