I don't see where the maintenance subsidies for NCRA-NWP are going to come from when state politicians are insistng that welfare and medical can't be cut. So when it comes to trains vs. old people, aids patients, etc., etc. who do you think it is going to keep their funding and who is going to get cut?

Here's a clue: a whole lot of transit fares are gong up tomorrow because state support dried up.
