It is my understanding that Caltrans did some worst case planning for cuts earlier in the Spring, but they only notified the intercity rail corridor agencies of the 15% on Wednesday, and have not rolled out the plans to implement. Everybody is waiting to see what the final budget is, assuming we ever get one.
