Sound Transit wheels / rails sound levels

Article in the Sunday Fairview Fanny.

Have other "light rail" operators experienced unhappy neighbors?
Does the "problem" clear itself with time and wear?
Did ST's consultants pick an unacceptable initial profile for the wheels?
Or is it perpetual. Reports, please.

Current readings on adjoining private property are reportedly 80 dBA.

ST is considering offering portable air conditioners; but not the electricity to run them.

Two neighbors have "bailed out". Blaming their mortgage or ST or both?
