Whatever happened to The Thrill of the Chase ??? Never mind that you usually end up with a bunch of crummy shots, and maybe a speeding ticket ( or worse ). At least you got the shot !!! Rental cars are great for this activity; you don't expose your own vehicle to damage, & no ugly glares from other foamers next time you're @ trackside. One of the best chase vehicles I ever saw was the brand new 1984 Pontiac Trans Am chasing the Worlds Fair Daylight thru San Timeteo Canyon Westbound. With T - Top panels removed, the shooter was sitting on the seat back videoing the 4449.
