CIT Group Bankruptcy ???

A news blurb in today's Seattle Times mentions the impending bankruptcy of CIT Group, and the Obama Administration's refusal to throw ( our ) money @ the company. CIT is a major player in Rail Equipment financing; any thoughts as to how this may affect various locomotive & car leases ???
