UP Spokane Yard

Anyone know when UP started tearing up the old Milw. yard? Remember back in the late 80s and early 90s UP would actually store a M.O.W train with bunk cars and all next to the Maintenance Shed near Havanna Street. Does the turntable still get used for the locomotives?

Any word on when Inland Empire Historical Society are moving their equipment out to Reardan? would UP need to re-install some trackage 'switches a few more feet of straight track for the long passenger cars???
