Rolling Stock for Oregon

It appears that Oregon is ready to purchase its own rolling stock for the Cascades Corridor. I caught part of a radio news report the other day that said the state had funds available for passenger rolling stock, and would acquire some to supplement the existing Cascades TALGO fleet, which is completely owned by Amtrak or Washington DOT.

This leads me to some speculation...

Since Wisconsin recently announced that it would acquire two TALGO sets for use on the Chicago-Milwaukee Hiawatha Corridor, do you suppose that Oregon could piggyback onto this order? Or, if they didn't want to wait for Talgo to get a Wisconsin plant going, they could go back to Pacifica Marine in Seattle, which built the existing Cascades sets?
