Can Railroad move 330,000 pound Expansion Joint?

As many know, the new bridge over the Tacoma Narrows is being built.

This week, the Washington DOT stopped the expansion joint beam at the WA/Idaho border saying it is too heavy for the Highway, after it had come across 5 states.

If memory serves me correctly, the weight is 330,000 lbs and 75 feet.

Could a load like that be transported by rail?
