...realize that channels change as subdivisions change, and yard channels, too. Specify what districts you're interested in. Also, all AAR frequencies are posted out there in internet neverland. Look for it, the channels are 1 through 99. Each channel has its own freq (Example: Ch 32 = 136.87 mhz) That's not the right freq., it's here only as an example of how it works.
Example 2: Training Subdivision is on Channel 73 73 (TX, RX) from Daleville, MP 103.2 to CTC Allens Point, MP 221.0, then it changes to Channel 45 45 from Allens Point, where the Sunrise Subdivision begins and on to Essex, MP 62.6
So just asking for the channels in the greater KC area isn't enough.
