Having dealt with the wonderful Mark Bassett in the past when he once had a "great" shop crew. Now it looks like a rehab for the druggies and alcoholics. I doubt any one of them pass the NN drug program that does not exist. I am surprised with the FRA allowing a "bad ordered" loco to run. Mark is good at telling people what they want to hear. I have seen the paperwork on the axles and do believe it should not be out on the line. Granted it is great to see her steaming again. Rumor around town is Mark is on his way out. Guess he wanted to go out on a high note, can't blame him there!
