As Dick Seeyle has tried to explain, all Milwaukee Road facilities were in Southeast Everett, where their trackage ( & later trackage rights over GN / BN ) came in from Monroe & Snoqualmie, WA. The Milwaukee freight house still exists as a restaurant & shops, just a couple blocks East of Interstate 5 South of Pacific Ave.
Regarding Puget Sound railfan restaurants, add the several in Edmonds with a view of both the BNSF mainline and WA. State Ferries @ Edmonds terminal. Also, the Titlow Beach Inn, at the end of 6th Ave in Tacoma, WA.
