I agree, however So Cal agencys like LA Metro, Foothill Transit and OCTA are cutting back service, until last month my gasoline powered transportation was sitting collecting dust
I used the bus to go everywhere! (and to the train)
I cut my gas consumsion by 95% (far more than Mr Bush's 20% by 2020)
Then Metro cut my 5am bus which got me to work 45 to 30 minutes early,
now I arrive 15 to 30 minutes late. with no other alternative but to drive again!
If the tree huggers, poiltical leadership Mr Gore and Mr Bush want me out of my car they need to inform the overpaid, underworked morons that deside which bus to cut without looking at fare box records to add not cut service!
