Most or all of the UPFE "yellow" reefers are in storage (many I understand are on the McCloud) due to their high failure rate and the seasonal downturn in perishible business which has many of the new rebuilt ARMN cars in storage. Once the business comes back you will most likely see some of the UPFE's pressed into service out of necessity. I'm assuming they will come back to life as ARMN white rebuilds.
