That's correct--they have only a little bit of ex-Sacramento Northern trackage at Sankey, consisting of about a quarter-mile of old SN main and a couple of spurs. The UP's former WP mainline runs right by them, but the switch was taken out years ago. I'm rather dubious about them, and I've heard that the railroad classes at Sacramento City College (assuming they're still offered) are a much better deal.
