WOW! Talk about people who talk out of their asses...you all have some kind of problem with this place and don't even know what you are talking about, talk about hearsay!
I am a Union Pacific RR employee (which is more than most of you classroom idiots can say) and I have worked my way up from brakeman to conductor and now to engineer. I graduated from MODOC in 2006. They tell you what you need to know before moving on and applying with any specific railroads (who will train you extensively to their specific rules and needs).

As for Scooter you are just ignorant and since none of these guys have ever worked for you, you clearly are throwing out good applications. I am sure you are doing well with hiring random people off the street that don't have the first clue about what they are doing...yeah right!!

As for Hoghead1 you should get off your fat ass and teach ur dog about locomotives so he can turn around and school you...lol. Remember there was a day that you were just as clueless, but the difference is your fellow engineer didn't treat you like crap and throw you under the bus!
