Oakland Army Base Freight Traffic

On Thursday and Friday there were three grey hopper cars at the Oakland Army base visible from the freeway on the track where they usually keep the old Santa Fe switch engine now used by the Oakland Terminal Railway (The engine was not there )... This is near where the Niles Canyon Railway cars and engines were kept for many years.

Is this just a one time thing or is there a new customer on the old base?
