PART 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Trainorders.com Inc. warrantees accessibility to the main components of the Trainorders.com web site to the internet backbone 99% of each quarterly measurement time period beginning on January 1 of each year. PART 3 DISCUSSION FORUM RULES
1. Postings and discussion shall relate directly to railroading. Discussion of web site policies is prohibited.
2. Posting foul language, sexist comments, pornographic images, racist and bigoted comments to the forums as judged inappropriate by the administrators of the discussion forums is prohibited.
3. Posting critical comments of spelling, grammar, phrasing or other non-content errors made by other members is prohibited.
4. Childish behavior including posting of messages containing negative sarcastic remarks directed towards other members as judged inappropriate by the administrators of the discussion forums is prohibited.
5. Posting of items for sale including directing to items for sale on other web sites is prohibited. Trainorders.com reserves the right to modify this rule on a case by case basis when by the determination of the discussion forum administrators, the posting of such items is in the best interest of Trainorders.com web site members.
6. Posting of images and videos should be done either to the Trainorders discussion forums, Trainorders Media Sharing feature or to the Trainorders member web space. Posting links directly to image files and image or video libraries off the Trainorders.com web site is prohibited, except when linking to non-member media for the purpose of answering an initial discussion posting. Initiating a new discussion about an image or video posted on another site is inappropriate. Trainorders.com reserves the right to remove messages where such links are deemed inappropriate or excessive.
