The Geep in the Sand...Modesto Edition

Hey guys, I'll upload the slide tonight, but scanning a box last night of the family trip to California in 1988, stumbled across WP geep 713 dug into the sand in what I think is that sand plant in Modesto because i vaugely remember seeing it over a span of 1988-1992ish, numberboards and cab were boarded up, paint looked good though, green and orange.

Any info on this?
