My sales route took me along the CW and north end of the P&L today and I noticed crews busy picking up anything and everything that isn't nailed down and trucking it somewhere. I guess if you get the bid to operate the lines you have to bring your own spare parts eh? Doesn't the State own the rails and stuff? Especially the stuff along the P&L that's been pulled up after the state bought the lines? Hope there is something left to operate on!
