When the BN sold the line segments, they included lots of track material (considered a "donation" to the State at the time). There were records of what was there. As long as Watco can show where it went (into the track), that's fine. According to the terms of the recent sale to the State, those materials are included in the sale price. Whatever Watco might have brought in over the years, they can go home with. The "donated" material will be accounted for in some way. An independant thorough inspection has recently been completed and the list is being gone over currently. Whatever is Watco's property will either go to Hooper-Thornton/Colfax, Walla Walla, or the Eastern Idaho RR.
